DEVO - Promotional 3" lenticular (flicker) pin and backing card for the Devo compilation album Pioneers Who Got Scalped: The Anthology, released by Rhino Records in 2000.

Design:  The pin features a "flicker" effect - a lenticular 3D design that changes appearance when titled.  One view typically shows the "Balloon Boob Girl" artwork, while the other reveals the band's name.  

Purpose:  This specific 3-inch badge was created as a marketing item for the release of the Anthology.

Collectibility:  These vintage lenticular pins are considered rare items among collectors.
